For almost five years now, House of Lolo has been throwing parties across Munich — sometimes up to twice a month, rain or shine. What started as a handful of friends who couldn't stop talking about music turned into a family that keeps growing with every single one.
For the past two years, we've held a residency at Goldener Reiter — one of our favourite rooms to play in. But if we're honest, home has always just been wherever the people we care about are dancing.
A few times a year, we take the family on the road. Quite literally — our family trams turn a chartered Munich tram into a rolling party for a few hours, funky beats and good energy included. It's become one of the things people ask us about the most.
That one got some attention — the Süddeutsche Zeitung wrote about it, which felt like a pretty good sign we were doing something right.
beyond the dancefloor
We also record. Our video set recordings and studio sessions are built around actually listening — less about the highlight reel, more about the music itself and the people behind it.
And House of Lolo has always been about more than a lineup. We care about bringing different cultures and people together on the same dancefloor — and about expressing that through more than just music. Live-painted artwork, photography, videography and illustration are as much a part of what we do as the DJs. (Yes, even Housemeister started as a sticker joke and somehow became part of the family.)
Funky, uplifting house and disco. A lot of positive energy. Sunglasses that say "house" on them, for some reason. And a family that just keeps getting bigger.
That's House of Lolo, really. Come and kick it with us.
